I bought a new phone Samsung Galaxy A16 only to discover that it has unpredictable problems of turning on and off at its will. The phone hangs and frustrates. My return date expired cos I was hoping it was a minor issue that needs a little patience but unfortunately it wasn’t. The phone has factory issues and perhaps the seller knows about it.
