I bought a new phone Samsung Galaxy A16 only to discover that it has unpredictable problems of turning on and off at its will. The phone hangs and frustrates. My return date expired cos I was hoping it was a minor issue that needs a little patience but unfortunately it wasn’t. The phone has factory issues and perhaps the seller knows about it. So an experience with Jumia .
But the display is so dull than order samsung phone I used Especially the colour
It overheats sometimes, also suddenly powers off if too hot
Use real specifications, and original hardware
The phone can only serve at basic phone because you can't update anything in it. The phone was flashed with unofficial firmware. The dealer could have done better or reduce the price.
The phone is good but after I started using it I learned that it's software isn't updating, thereby making the smooth running less effective. I call on your attention to try as much as possible to rectify this issue because this will definitely downgrade the quality of your products.

Memory is 181GB The network is 3G
The IMEI (MEID) and SN of the phone is different from the one on the package,SIM 1 slot can't read SIM card and I can't install update the phone (The phone is rooted) so I'm stucked with Android 14.
