The rope is a speed rope, Ihv been going faster than I thought with this rope. I highly recommend this for high intensity cardio But it’s painful when you get whipped by this, I don’t recommend this if you are still a beginner cause it’s not beginner friendly it’s meant for advanced people. But overall it’s great ????, I don’t regret buying it.
