Steps for usage

Correct measurement method (only correct measurement can get accurate value)

1. About 2~3 cm (about one middle finger width), put the armband on the upper arm to be tested as shown in the figure, and make the armband air nozzle point towards the small arm.

2. Make sure that the lower edge of the armband is at a distance of more than 2~3 cm from the elbow joint, and the air nozzle is on the inside of the arm.

Correctly measure sitting posture

Sit still for 5 minutes before measuring according to the figure, place your lower arm on the table, palm up, and sit up straight. The center of the armband is at the same height as the heart. Please note that the air tube on the armband is twisted or discounted.
Start measuring

It is not suitable to measure after meals, exercises, emotional agitation, etc.

1. Wrap the sphygmomanometer on the inner side of the left arm, stick the wristband from bottom to top

2. Lay your arms flat on the table and keep your breathing calm and relaxed

3. Press the [Switch] button, the cuff will automatically pressurize, the screen displays the pressurization value, and the body remains quiet

4. Wait for about 30 seconds, the sphygmomanometer will automatically exhaust and display the result, press the start button to shut down and end the measurement
