The TD62083AP is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington driver consisting of eight NPN Darlington pairs. All units feature integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The TD62083AP is suitable for driving relays, lamps, LEDs, and other high-current/high-voltage loads. It is widely used in applications such as printer head drivers, LED displays, and relay drivers.
