The RHM310 is equipped with 3 stainless steel grids with a diameter of 50mm for making numerous preparations:
- A fine (3mm) grid for shepherd's pie, minced steaks, stuffing, kefta, meatloaf, liver pâté...
- A medium grid (4.5mm) for bolognese hash, lasagne, moussaka, game terrine, vegetable cannelloni.
- A thick (7mm) grid for tartares, fish terrines, salami, country pâtés.
In addition, it comes with a kibbeh kit for making delicious oriental specialties based on meat and grains, and a sausage kit for preparing merguez, chipolatas, fish sausages.
For ease of use, it features two speeds (one slow speed for use with sausage and kibbeh kits and one fast speed for processing soft foods) and an anti-jamming reverse function (which activates when too much food is fed into the grinding head). The ultra-powerful 2200W motor ensures a throughput of up to 2.5kg per minute , for fast and efficient preparation. The soft-start motor allows power to increase as food is processed and guarantees a perfectly homogeneous result.
