OPPO Reno 12 is the newest addition to the Reno series, following the success of the OPPO Reno 11 5G. The Reno 12 shares a lot of similarities with its siblings Reno 12 Pro, the Reno 12 F 4G and the Reno 12 F 5G model. It features a large 6.7 inches AMOLED display, a dual-tone design, a triple rear and a single AI enabled front camera. The Oppo Reno 12 5G is equipped with Mediatek Dimensity 7300 Energy and offers on-device AI features that enhance the everyday smartphone experience. 
The device uses an AMOLED panel capable of displaying 1 billion colors, ensuring that images and videos appear vibrant and true-to-life. This extensive color range, coupled with AMOLED technology, provides deep blacks and high contrast ratios, enhancing the overall viewing experience, especially in dark scenes.
The OPPO Reno 12 offers a notable upgrade from its predecessor, particularly in the camera department. The most significant change is the replacement of the Reno 11’s 32MP Sony IMX709 portrait lens with a more versatile camera setup, consisting of an 8MP Sony IMX335 ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro camera, in addition to the 50MP Sony LYT600 primary sensor.
