• What is a serving size, and when should I take BURN AM? Take one serving every day (3 capsules) in the morning.

• How? With food? Liquid? Take BURN AM with 8oz fluid. You do not need to take this with food. If you experience GI upset, take after eating your first meal of the day.

• Cycling? You can take BURN AM every day indefinitely.

• What happens if I skip a day? DO NOT DOUBLE DOSE! Although you can add 1 pill to your next 3 days of the product to make up for the missed day, making the next 3 days 4 capsules.
