Note:This solar charge controller is one of our best-selling products, which has been recognized by many customers for its stable performance, fast heat dissipation and low failure rate. If you have any questions about this product, you can contact me at any time, looking forward to your purchase.
- ⚫ Integrated Charging Presets
- The integrated charging modes include adaptive charging logic that is well suited for most battery types, such as liquid-rich lead-acid, sealed lead-acid and lithium batteries.
- ⚫ Flexible Applications
- Compatible with 12V/24V/36V/48V system voltages.
- ⚫ Multi-stage charging algorithm
- Multi-stage charging algorithms are specifically designed to optimize each charging cycle, as well as maintain charging for extended periods of time.
- ⚫ Maximum Power Point Tracking Technology
- Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology will track the array's Maximum Power Point Voltage (Vmp) as it varies with weather conditions, ensuring that the
maximum power is collected from the array throughout the day.
- ⚫ Efficient Charging
Innovative MPPT technology with tracking efficiencies of up to 99% and peak conversion efficiencies of up to 98%; resulting in lower power consumption, less heat generation, and lower operating temperatures.
- lower operating temperatures.
- ⚫ Adaptive Boost Charging
- Adaptive Boost Charging monitors the battery's response during initial charging and automatically determines the duration of the boost phase to match the discharge level in each separate charging cycle.
level, it automatically determines the length of the boost phase to match the discharge level in each separate charging cycle. This ensures that the battery is fully charged at any discharge level or capacity and avoids
- time-outs during the boost charging phase. (extends battery life)
- ⚫ Long-lasting and safe
- a. Charge current limiting. Protects battery operation and extends battery life.
b. PV array short circuit protection
- c. PV input overcurrent protection
d. Load short circuit protection
- e. PV reverse connection protection. Will not cause damage to the controller.
f. Battery reverse connection protection.
- g. Over temperature protection. When the temperature of the controller heat sink exceeds 65℃, the controller automatically reduces the charging current and shuts down when the temperature exceeds 80℃.
- ⚫ Silent operation
- Since there are no heat sink fans or moving parts, the device operates almost silently. The unit dissipates heat by natural convection.
- ⚫ Lithium-ion activation
- Compatible with lithium batteries, when the Battery Type parameter is set to Lithium Battery, the charge cycle will be changed accordingly to accommodate lithium battery charging. And.
When the accessed lithium battery is in the protection state, the controller will activate the lithium battery with the energy from the solar panel at a current that does not exceed the lithium battery protection voltage and protection current range.
The controller will activate the Li-ion battery with a current that does not exceed the protection voltage and protection current range of the Li-ion battery. Warning: Do not charge the lithium battery when its temperature is below 0℃.

Charge Controller Safety:
A.Ensure that the DC system is completely shut down/isolated before disconnecting any existing wiring and/or making new connections to the battery/DC system.
B.Use a flexible multi-stranded copper cable with sufficient cross-sectional area, align it with an appropriate fuse or circuit breaker; refer to section "2.4 Wiring Specifications and Circuit Breaker Type" for details.
C.Never connect the solar panel array to the controller without a battery. The battery must be connected first.
