Therefore, following the exact voltage matching rules is MANDATORY to prevent permanent damage & void your warranty. (1) VOLTAGE MATCH IS ESSENTIAL: Because there is no step-down function, you MUST match the panel to the battery. NEVER use a 24V, 36V, or 48V panel to charge a 12V battery. The voltage difference will destroy the controller. (2) REQUIRED SPECS: Use 15-23V Panel ➔ for 12V Battery | Use 30-46V Panel ➔ for 24V Battery | Use 45-66V Panel ➔ for 36V Battery | Use 60-90V Panel ➔ for 48V Battery. (3) WIRING ORDER: You MUST connect in this exact sequence: 1. Connect BATTERY first → 2. Connect SOLAR PANEL second. Connecting the panel before the battery will cause damage. Modes of Discharge Control:
Charging mode: no discharge under any condition Light control mode: opens discharge with a 10-minute delay when night is detected; stops discharge with a 10-minute delay when daytime is detected Light control + time delay control mode: starts discharge after a 10-minute delay and begins counting down the timer; stops discharge when the timer reaches 0. Maximum delay time is 23:59 General control mode: keeps the discharge state if no faults are detected Manual control mode: use "▼" button to turn on or stop discharge Timing control mode: turn on or off discharge at regular intervals Test mode: similar to light control + time delay control mode but with less delay time (for factory use only)

How to connect our conroller?
1.Connect the battery to the controller. It is recommended to add an air switch between the controller and the battery to protect the controller and the battery. When the controller is connected to the battery, and then set the battery type. 2. If you need DC output to control the load, set the output control mode first, and then turn on the DC output disconnect switch. 3. Connect the solar panel PV to the controller, if the PV input voltage is at the controller’s Within the charging working range, the controller will enter the charging state. 4. It is recommended that the controller add an air switch to the battery, solar panel and load to play a protective role.
