Certified Organic

No chemicals or harmful substances are used in the woods or in the sugar shack, resulting in the sought after organic seal on the label. Sapsquatch is USDA Organic, Certified by Midwest Organic Certification Association Inc (MOSA) on 11/18/2021. No chemicals, preservatives, or additives are present in any of our products.
 

Maple Syrup

Maple sap is boiled down, turning it from a clear thin liquid into to the puregold we know ale syrup. It is bottled at high temperatures in a custom jug, complete with the grinning Sapsquatch face. Syrup can be used on much more than just pancakes – try using it while cooking and baking too!

Maple Cream

Maple syrup is thickened and churned into a creamy spread that comes in a glass jar. There is no dairy in this product. It can be used on ice cream or cinnamon rolls, spread on toast and bagels, or as an accompaniment to pretzel sticks or  slices.

Sugar

A granulated sweetener that brings a subtle maple flavor to the table. It is packaged in a resealable plastic bag for convenient storage. A versatile product that can be used in coffee, oatmeal, meat rubs, sauces, baking…the list goes on!
