Magic Number - How It Works

1. What is the Name of the Initiative?

The name of the initiative is Magic Number — an exciting game where lucky order numbers win amazing prizes during Explosion Fridays.

The 100th and 10,000th orders placed on the platform every Explosion Friday will win fantastic prizes!

Explosion Fridays will take place on:

  • October 31, 2025
  • November 7, 2025
  • November 14, 2025
  • November 21, 2025
  • November 28, 2025
Simply shop as usual during these days — if your order happens to be the magic number (100th or 10,000th), you win!

3. Who Can Participate?

The initiative is open to all new and existing Jumia customers.
Not eligible: Jumia employees, contractors, partner agencies, associated companies, and their immediate family members.

4. How Many Times Can I Win?

Each customer can only win once during the entire Magic Number initiative, even if they place multiple orders.

5. When Will the Initiative Take Place?

The initiative runs on the following Explosion Fridays:

  • October 31, 2025
  • November 7, 2025
  • November 14, 2025
  • November 21, 2025
  • November 28, 2025

6. What Kind of Prizes Can I Win?

  • ₦1,000,000 shopping voucher

  • Other exciting surprise rewards

7. How Will I Know If I’ve Won?

Winners will receive a call and email from the Jumia team.

8. How Will I Receive My Prize?

Prizes will be delivered to the pickup station within 14 days from the date the winning order was placed.

9. Are There Any Extra Charges?

No. Winners will not pay for the prize itself.

10. Can I Transfer My Prize?

No. Prizes are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the account holder associated with the winning order.

11. Do I Need to Make a Minimum Purchase?

No minimum order amount is required — every order counts. Just shop as usual and your order might be the magic number!

12. What If I Miss a Friday?

No problem! Each Explosion Friday gives you a new chance to win — simply participate in the next one.
