Directions:

Before use, cleanse skin, rinse thoroughly and towel dry, use only gentle pressure, do not force the roller into the skin. Roll each area 5-6 times vertically, horizontally and diagonally, wash under running warm water after use. Air dry.

Important Tips:
-Do not force the roller into the skin but just use light pressure.

-Roll obliquely at the same intensity covering the same areas in both directions (vertically and horizontally).
