Itel P13 Review & Specifications

The Itel P series is known as the power series, delivering smartphones with very high battery and performance capabilities. The phones have increasingly featured more innovative specifications since their inception. The P13 model was launched in 2018 and is no exception to the specification and feature range of others in its series.

Software and Hardware

The phone runs on the Google Go edition of the Android Oreo operating system with easy to understand and use interface. Its performance is run by a quad-core MediaTek MT6580 CPU clocked at 1.3GHz and Mali 400 GPU. These processors do not give the best of their range but offer just enough capacity to run an average daily use. If you are out for a heavy-duty phone, then this wouldn’t work for you. Its 1GB RAM is enough to run your applications and operations while the 8GB internal storage is expandable to 32GB to house all your data and external applications. The operation is powered by a powerful 4000mAh battery and it also supports the USB-OTG that allows it to charge other devices. The phone does not come with any fingerprint sensor and instead makes use of the traditional security methods.

Design and Display

As an entry-level phone, it is cased in durable plastic with an IPS LCD multi-touch screen. At 5.5” display size, the phone is smaller than most new phones and is deemed portable, fitting perfectly in your hands. The display has a 16:9 aspect ratio and uses a 480x960 pixel resolution with 168ppi density. As an entry-level phone, you get the basic display details without many impressions made.

Camera

Just like the S13, it features 5MP+5MP rear camera set-up with an LED flash. The lenses are designed to give the bokeh effects on your shots with artistic portraits. The front-facing camera has a 13MP lens accompanied by a flash for taking bright pictures even in a low-light environment.
