Excellent!

I originally bought the Curcumin Upgraded to help with my Osteoarthritis in my knees & right hip. My hip would be more aggravating at night sleeping & my knees not so much at night, but they could be annoying during the day. I am still taking the Daily Curcumin Upgraded for maintenance & really have no pain in my knees but the right hip is off & on depending on what I am doing, like lifting heavy things would sometimes set it off, but nothing like it was. The Daily Curcumin Upgraded has helped with these issues & I am still taking 2/3 a day. I believe the Martin Clinic has exceptional products with quality ingredients & would highly recommend them.
