Nigerian God's Generals is a book that chronicles the lives and ministries of the men God used in Nigeria and beyond to ignite the fire of revival.
The path Christianity is trending in Africa today was carved by men who through the threats of life forsook the world and entered into the realm of the spirit to bring to fore the purpose of God in this dark part of the earth, Africa.
The purpose of their remembrance is to bequeath to this generation and generations to come the legacy of knowledge which is the greatest heritage of every age. The ignorance of the lessons of history of those who had carved the part we're following is often responsible for the prevalence of decadence in our society, because if we don't know the root of what we're enjoying, we won't know how to appreciate it.
These Are The Men:
1. Ajayi Crowther - he spent all his life for Christ's gospel to be rooted in Africa.
2. Moses Orimolade - despite his predicament as a cripple, his name became a terror to the dark world.
3. Ayo Babalola - a man who became like one of the cherubims whose shadow could raise up lame people and cast out demons.
4. Josiah Akindayomi - a man who could not write nor speak grammars, yet was able to scribble down what he heard from God which when was put together reads: The Redeemed Christian Church of God. He founded the RCCG, one of the largest churches on earth today.
5. Benson Idahosa - his name 'Idahosa' is synonymous with Christianity in Africa. A man who singlehandedly chased out idolatry from Benin Kingdom and stopped witches and wizards from holding their meeting in Nigeria. He was so rugged that during his days if you dare challenge him or his God, death was the penalty without mercy.
6. Samuel Adegboyega - this man became the mouthpiece of the western government in Nigeria, a man of God who was also a judge in the secular world not because he studied law but because he was the seer of his days.
7. R.A George - a man who was led in the spirit realm to the extent that he began to control earthy matters from the spirit realm.
8. Samuel Odunaike - a man who blocked the entrance to the kingdom of darkness and put the devil outside of his Kingdom.
