He has a second Ph.D. from the University of Bergen, Norway. His work experiences range from the computer business and transport studies to several years as company advisor at Hartmark-Iras. Today he is professor at the Norwegian School of Management BI and lectures at universities in Asia (China) and Europe (France, UK). He has worked on projects not only in Norway but also in Asia, Africa and Central-America.
