i regret buying this pc.
I regret the decision to buy this fairly high end system from Jumia. It has frozen and no longer boots into the OS anymore. I thought it was an os issue, tried reloading the os, still couldn't still in the frozen state right now. Can no longer use the PC. I need to get in touch with the I regret buying this laptop. It froze while using it yesterday did everything to restart it, it no longer boots up,it just freezes at the HP logo. Even tried reloading the OS but doesn't allow for that as well. I need to get in touch with the supplier. It's an expensive system to just go bad this way. And word I'm hearing is such cases don't get resolved easy. It's been a terrible experience for me. All my projects and workflow disrupted.
