I regret buying this laptop. It froze while using it yesterday did everything to restart it, it no longer boots up,it just freezes at the HP logo. Even tried reloading the OS but doesn't allow for that as well. I need to get in touch with the supplier. It's an expensive system to just go bad this way. And word I'm hearing is such cases don't get resolved easy. It's been a terrible experience for me. All my projects and workflow disrupted.

Everything is working fine but they lie on battery..
Once you charge it to 100% it will only takes 5min to drain 100% to 88%.
