Allium Sativum (Garlic) contains high amount of allicin. Garlic can be uses as an antiseptic, antibacterial and antifungal agent. Allicin is a beneficial sulfur containing compound. Garlic has shown to improve immunity, stabilise blood sugar levels and brain health.
Garlic also contains diallyl disulfide, an anti inflammatory compound that limits the effect of pro inflammatory cytokines.
Silybum Marianum : The active ingredients is Silymarin. Silymarin extracted from milk thistle is said to have anti oxidant, antiviral and anti inflamatory properties.
It is traditionally believed to be used in treating liver and gallbladder disorder, prevent and treat cancer and protects the liver from snake bites, alcohol and other environmental poisons Functions: for the prevention of hepatitis, liver disease, liver cell disease, general liver and kidney detoxification, kidney stone, and treats gall bladder. Note: Not to be taken by pregnant women or nursing mother.
Dosage:
Adult: 4 tablespoons twice daily before meal in the morning and after meal at night.
