Samsu is a topical medication for men. The liquid (oil) serves to reduce the level of sensitivity of the nerves of the penis so as to overcome the problem of premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation can be caused by a number of factors including sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), stress, fatigue, etc. Samsu reduces the production of epinephrine which induces ejaculation. Samsu also contains an antiseptic to help prevent venereal diseases.

USAGE:

Easy to use. Apply 15-20 minutes before intercourse. For maximum absorption by the skin, first wash the penis with water (cold or warm). Apply Samsu on the penis. Leave for approximately 10-15 minutes, then wash off with clean water.
