How to sprout your red clover seeds

Rinse your red clover seeds in cold water to remove any debris
Transfer to a clear jar or sprouting container and add around ½ a cup of cold water.
Place a mesh sprouting screen or lid and leave to soak overnight
Once well soaked, drain the water out of the jar/container and place at an angle to allow air to circulate and leave for at least 6-8 hours
Rinse thoroughly and drain well.
Repeat step (5)  2-3 times a day for 3 days
After a few seeds have begun to sprout, move away from sunlight
Repeat step (5)  for a further 3 days until seeds have sprouted well
Rinse and drain thoroughly one last time before transferring to a container to store in a refrigerator ready to consume.
