Melano free cream is a medical product for skin lightening cream and the treatment of hyperpigmentation cases as melasma, freckles, and acne dark spots. It also lightens and even tones the skin, removes joint darkenings, etc. Composition:  4%: lightening and fading excess pigment.  0.05: micro-peeling/ cell renewal.  0.01%: Anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation. How to use :Use it daily for one month, apply at night for 30 minutes only then wash your skin and follow with a moisturizing cream. When result is achieved, then stop gradually.
