The 20 Litres commercial planetary stand mixer makes it easy to make whipped potatoes and a variety of other foods. It has a powerful motor, this unit is a great addition to any kitchen that needs the versatility and speed of a commercial mixer, but without the volume of a larger, heavy-duty stand mixer or floor mixer. This mixer is not recommended for use with pizza dough or bread dough.
