How to use Enema? Find a comfortable space ,like bathroom. And wash all the parts of enema 3-4 times , then add 400ml luke warm water in the enema pot. Lubricate the yip of the Enema pipe with coconut oil or any other oil. Place the enema on a high level. Kneel down on the floor. Insert the pipe in the rectum about 2inches. Hold the pipe with one hand so that it does not fall out and use the clamp to control the intensity of the water and let the water completely enter inside your intestine. Pull out the pipe and let the water inside the intestine for 5-10 min. Walk and massage your stomach clockwise and then anti clock wise. The waste stucked In your instestine will start leaving the place. Once you start feel the pressure, go to the bathroom and relax. You will be surprise how much your intestine filled with the waste. How often to take enema? Do enema once everyday for first 2-3 weeks. After that once a week or when needed. After 3 week , don’t do it everyday and if you are suffering from headache, fever take enema twice a day to see the improvement. When one should take the Enema? You should take the enema in the morning , after the bowel movement. If in the morning it is not possible, take it anytime in the day, just maintain a gap of 2 -3 hours between your meal and enema.
