I will rate it 70% over a hundred, for those who wants to buy, it carries your fan of 30k for at most 7 hours It charges very fast with it's charger, and it won't charge on low power, I like it.
It's good for back up
It does what it's supposed to do but I notice if you plug anything into it, especially the AC adapter. Even though it is off it will still drain the battery. For instance, I set the discharge limit to 30% meaning it is supposed to stop discharging/ outputting energy at 30%. But even though something is plugged into it and it is not discharging or at least the outputs indicator is showing zero. The battery still drains.
