Soak one tablespoon of TRS Fenugreek seeds overnight and blend the soaked Fenugreek seeds with one tablespoon of yogurt till a smooth paste is formed. Apply this paste on your face, leave for about 30 minutes and then rinse with water. Fenugreek seeds show a significant amount of antioxidant activity and fight the free radicals that accelerate the process of aging and yogurt has lactic acid that gently exfoliates your skin leaving your skin smoother and softer. 

Improves Acne: Fenugreek contains a compound named Diosgenin that has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Those who have acne can soak about one tablespoon of Fenugreek seeds in one cup of water overnight, strain the water and apply the strained water on your face twice a day using a cotton pad. Refrigerate any left over. 

Reduces Hair Loss: Fenugreek is extremely effective in strengthening the hair from the roots and treating follicular problems. Take one tablespoon of Fenugreek seeds and one cup of coconut oil, place in a jar and seal for 3 weeks in a cool,dry place in a mason jar. Strain the oil and use it for oil treatment. 

Adds Shine to your hair using a Fenugreek hair mask. Soak two tablespoons of Fenugreek seeds in one cup of boiling water and leave them overnight. When the seeds turn slimy to touch, grind them into a paste. Apply the mixture on your scalp and roots, and then, the whole length of your hair. Keep it on for 30 minutes and wash it off.
