Apply this paste on your face, leave for about 30 minutes and then rinse with water. Fenugreek seeds show a significant amount of antioxidant activity and fight the free radicals that accelerate the process of aging and yogurt has lactic acid that gently exfoliates your skin leaving your skin smoother and softer.

Improves Acne: Fenugreek contains a compound named Diosgenin that has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Those who have acne can soak about one tablespoon of Fenugreek seeds in one cup of water overnight, strain the water and apply the strained water on your face twice a day using a cotton pad.
