Suggested Use:  Rosemary is a great scent to help improve concentration.  Blend it with awakening aromas like lemon, peppermint, or pine to help boost brain power.  It has also been used to help open breathing.  

Some people believe rosemary and sage aromas can cleanse and purify the bad energy in a room.  In cleaning, this scent offers deodorizing benefits.

It may also help deter biting bugs. 

Topically, rosemary is very popular in skin and hair care products, and can stimulate vitality and growth. It can also help with muscle stiffness.  Properly dilute rosemary with topical use to 2%.  This equals about 10 drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil such as sweet almond or coconut oil.

History:  Rosemary was used as a folk remedny during the Middle Ages to drive away evil spirits.
