Philip Essence 20 series are nice phones. Comes with a transparent phone pouch. Wasn't difficult getting another pouch that matches its design. The phone features are good. A very good phone for the price. Would have given a 5 star but I noticed the finger sensor is located on the power button and it doesn't respond at times. Have also been trying to set an external music as ring tone but it isn't changing. I want to believe it is bcos I'm yet to enables permissions. Still going through the phone but for the price? I wouldn't bother.
