Simple but effective

Just as advertised, the product is light-weight and straightforward to use. They fan Speed can be regulated, and at the minimum speed, it’s not loud that you hear it and it still cools. Somehow I feel the breeze from the fan on my face too, that’s a plus I guess. My laptop is 15 inches and quite heavy too, the stand had no issues keeping it up. For durability, I just got it so I can’t fully say, but it doesn’t seem like something that was built poorly or something that would go bad with proper handling. If your PC has vents under that can allow air in, this would serve you.
