Fairly decent

The stand is lovely, I especially love the cooling feature as it helps to cool my laptop. But what I don't exactly like is the fact that the hook in front doesn't really do justice at wedging my laptop, all the different angles just couldn't hold my 15 inch hp probook so if you own anything above 14 inch you might want to reconsider getting this as it is designed for slim bodied laptops. Making that hook protrude out some more would have solved that problem so maybe consider doing that in subsequent products.

It works

So I was sceptic about it working with direct electricity because I was uncomfortable plugging it to my laptop. But I tried direct electricity and have been using it ever since. It really cools your laptop. It's a good buy.
