No preinstalled Microsoft Office, and the windows OS is asking for licence, in a new laptop. That's bad. It hangs and can be extremely slow. At times, I will click a button then go to bathroom before it responds. At times, it's fast. The plastic back is easy to scratch and it's already looking rough, despite very minimal usage. Thoughts it's really cheap, I am offended by the lack of Office and it's speed
