It gives a decent clean although the vibrations aren't as strong as I would have liked. You still need to brush normally though, so if you're thinking of just sticking the brush in your mouth and letting it do all the work, please think again. The bristles are soft and don't damage the gums so I think I can safely rate it at 3 stars.
