When your container is on the floor, it takes some effort to pump the liquid through. If you can place the container above the destination tank, a few strokes and the liquid will flow using the siphoning effect. It comes with a few accessories if you want you to use it as a compressor. Setting it up was easy. without clips, the hoses go into the actuating mechanism easily. It says what is on the pack.
