Put the Hands inside the Glass

The Clock is working well so far. It would have been golden if the Second, Minute and the Hour hand were placed in the glass. Leaving these Outside does not in any way makes them better than the Roadside Clocks. It makes the Clock look Cheap! As for the work, it's doing well so far.
