To ensure accurate readings, follow these critical positioning steps:

1. Rest & Pre-check: Sit quietly for 5 minutes before testing. Avoid caffeine, meals, smoking, or exercise for 30 minutes prior. 
2. Cuff Placement: Wrap the adjustable cuff around your bare left wrist, keeping the display screen positioned on the palm side of your wrist. Position the upper border roughly 1 cm below the palm line.
3. Heart Level Alignment: Sit upright and rest your forearm on a flat surface or the device's storage case. You must raise or lower your wrist so the monitor rests at the exact same height as your heart. 
4. Static Execution: Press the On/Off key. Remain entirely still and silent until the cuff completely deflates and the screen locks your final numbers
