The product warranty covers for a period of one (1) year from the start date,the products purchased by customer shall be free of defects in material andworkmanship under normal authorized use consistent with the productinstructions. This product warranty extends only to the original purchaser. Inthe event that SB TELECOMS receives notice during the warranty period that anyProduct does not conform to its warranty policy,  SB TELECOMS at its sole discretion maydecides, to either repair or replace the non-conforming Product in accordancewith this limited warranty. Products replaced under the terms of any such warranty may berefurbished or new equipment substituted at the option of SB TELECOMS. Thecompany will use commercially reasonable efforts to ship the replacement Productwithin twenty (20) business days after receipt of the product at a SB TELECOMS Repair Center. Actual deliverytimes may vary depending on the customer location.
