Product Description
Source Organic whey come exclusively from the organic milk of grass-fed jersey cows in Northern California. Our cows spend over 300 days outside while Midwest cows are lucky to spend 180 days on pasture. Each 25 gram serving contains 21 grams of protein and 4.9 grams of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA's) which aid in recovery and promote lean muscle. Soure organic's creamy and milky flavor is all natural with no added sugars, sweeteners, preservatives or flavors.
Ingredients: Organic Whey Protein Concentrate, Less than 1% Organic Sunflower Lecithin
Contains: Milk
Directions: Mix one serving (2 scoops) into 12-16 oz of water of milk of choice. Add fruits, greens, nut butters, or other ingredients. Shake or blend for 20 seconds.
Oatmeal: Stir into oatmeal after cooking but while still hot.
Baking: Stir into to the batter of pancakes, muffins, or other baked goods.
