OUR STORY

I've been training my entire adult life and took a ton of pre-workouts. As I learned more and more about ingredient profiles and started investigating nutrition labels, I kept running into the same questions:

Why am I buying creatine separately?

Why are industry gimmicks still so prevalant?

I started experimenting with making my own pre-workout -- focusing on proper dosage of the essentials, adding some game changers, and having a realistic stim profile for people who don't want to affect their productivity or sleep.

I used the product for about two weeks now. I can say that it really energized me for my workouts, which is very important to me. I work out in the mornings and on many days I don’t feel like exercising but this gives you that boost to want to go and do so. Although I am not overly concerned about taste this one did taste very good.
