This is a heavy-duty fluid filter housing designed for the fluid supply systems of modern Volvo construction and earthmoving equipment. It acts as the central interface that secures the spin-on fluid filter element and manages the flow of engine supply fluid to the high-pressure injection system.

Beyond simply holding the filter, this housing serves as the distribution manifold, routing fluid from the primary lift pump to the filter element and then toward the high-pressure supply pump (HPFP).
