This is a primary heavy-duty spin-on fu-el filter element. It serves as a vital component in the fu-el delivery systems of Volvo Construction Equipment, designed to provide high-capacity filtration for demanding quarry, mining, and earthmoving applications.

Engineered specifically to meet the stringent cleanliness requirements of Volvo’s high-pressure common rail (HPCR) injection systems. It effectively traps fine debris and sediment that can cause scouring of injector nozzles and premature wear of the high-pressure supply pump (HPFP).

Given the large displacement engines (such as the D9, D11, and D13) common in the machines this filter supports, it is built with a larger media surface area to ensure long service intervals without restricting fu-el flow under heavy load.
