Coolant 53540197 is the OEM VCS‑2 Ready Mixed Coolant (40/60 mix) designed for Volvo Construction Equipment and Trucks. It provides antifreeze protection, corrosion resistance, and efficient heat transfer, ensuring long‑term reliability of heavy‑duty engines in hot climates.
High‑Efficiency Cooling: Maintains stable operating temperatures in heavy‑duty engines, preventing overheating during long hauls or construction work.
Corrosion Protection: Inhibits rust and scale formation inside radiators, water pumps, and cylinder heads.
Freeze & Heat Resistance: Provides freeze protection down to –37 °C and boiling resistance above +108 °C, making it suitable for both cold and tropical climates.
Safety Notes: Contains 1,2‑ethanediol (ethylene glycol) — harmful if swallowed and may cause kidney damage with prolonged exposure. Always keep out of reach of children and handle with care.
