TONING SOLUTION

BALANCED SKIN: This toner contains a 9.5% concentration of glycolic acid to remove dead skin and impurities for a smooth, Rejuvenate.

With continued use, texture irregularities and fine lines are reduced and skin tone is visibly balanced.
