* Solar Powered Charging: The auto-darkening welding helmet features a built-in solar panel that uses sunlight or ambient light to recharge the helmet. This ensures continuous power during outdoor or well-lit conditions, eliminating the need for constant battery changes.
* Auto Darkening Feature: Equipped with an auto-darkening lens, this welding helmet automatically adjusts to changing light conditions. As soon as the welder strikes the arc, the lens darkens instantly (within milliseconds) to block harmful UV and infrared rays, ensuring protection from eye damage.
* Shade Control: The welding helmet allows the user to adjust the shade level. The shade adjustment allows the user to customize the darkness of the lens for different types of welding work, such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding, depending on the environment and welding process.
* Durable Material: Constructed with a high-quality Polypropylene (PP) shell, VAULTEX welding helmet offers excellent impact resistance, durability, and lightweight comfort.
* Adjustable Sensitivity & Delay Control: The helmet has two inner knobs for easy adjustments. Sensitivity controls how quickly the lens darkens in response to the arc. The delay setting keeps the lens dark for a minimum of 0.1 seconds (short delay) or up to 1.5 seconds (long delay) after the arc stops.
* Protection: Provides full protection for the user's eyes and face against UV/IR radiation during the entire welding process, even in the light state. Double filter, avoid harmful ultraviolet and infrared radiation produced by the arc, and welding light damage to the eyes.
* Two Independent Sensors & Manual Adjustment: The product with its sensitivity and delay settings for adaptability for different environments and task durations; light level of the filter is DIN4, and the time from dark to bright state is within 0.1s to 1.0s. Protects your eyes instantly as the arc is struck
* Wide and Clear View: Large viewing screen 93mm X 43mm gives you a broader view in different kinds of welding operations; effectively to darken the surrounding arc light.
