The steps for using earbuds for the first time:

When connecting to Bluetooth for the first time, please take both earbuds out of the charging case at the same time. After about 5 seconds, when the light on one of the earbuds stops blinking, both earbuds are paired. In this state, turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone, search for the earbuds' name, and connect.

If both earbuds' lights continue blinking, it means pairing has not been completed. There is no need to panic. Place the earbuds back into the charging case, wait for about 3 seconds, and take them out again. After about 5 seconds, when the light on one of the earbuds turns off, pairing is complete. If there is no change after 5 seconds, wait a little longer. This procedure usually results in successful pairing.

If the earbuds are not paired and connected to Bluetooth, only one earbud may connect, and no sound will come from the other. In this case, disconnect the Bluetooth connection, turn Bluetooth off, and place both earbuds back into the charging case. Then take them out again and repeat the steps above.

Once the initial Bluetooth connection is successfully completed, you can use the earbuds with either one or both ears without any issues in the future.

If the earbud language is set to a language other than English, you can switch it to English by double-tapping the earbuds when they are not connected to your smartphone.
