- This stylish Cooks Professional stand mixer allows you to create a range of tasty, homemade foods. Ideal for preparing fluffy meringues, bread dough, cake mix, and more. The powerful 1000W motor takes the hard work and stress out of baking, and the large 5-litre stainless steel bowl ensures there is plenty of room whether you are making a large loaf of bread or lots of little cupcakes.
This stand mixer has a tilting head for easy removal of the bowl. Simply choose the perfect attachment for your recipe and add the ingredients into the bowl as per your recipe instructions. Use the variable speed setting to achieve the perfect mix and that?s it. Let the mixer do its job, taking all the hard work out of baking.
The mixer is supplied with three brilliant attachments for tackling every mixing duty.
· Flat beater - great for normal to heavy mixtures such as cakes, biscuits, creamed frosting, quick breads, mashed potato and pie pastry.
· Balloon whisk - perfect for mixtures that need air incorporated into them such as egg whites, heavy cream, boiled frostings, sponge cakes and mayonnaise.
· Dough hook - best used for mixing and kneading yeast dough such as breads, rolls, buns and pasta.
