You have 18 Rainbow Six operators to choose from, which are well equipped to survive the attacks. Each operator has a signature compilation of weaponries, devices, and skills to be learned and mastered. With each completed mission, the level of your operator increases, increasing their values and giving access to new equipment and powerful combat advantages.

With a selection of twelve uniquely designed maps in four US regions where procedurally generated challenges, opponents, infestations and an ever-increasing level of difficulty await you, the dangers are unpredictable and evolving. The deeper you go from airlock to airlock, the greater rewards await you - but at the same time your squad will face ever greater risks.

Operators who fail to make it to the evacuation point are considered missing, temporarily unable to participate in further missions. The only way to get them back is to launch a rescue mission in one of the subzones before they fall completely victim to the parasite.
