I don’t like it

I purchased an Industrial Straight Sewing Machine with Order No. 1154459346 for the sum of ₦546,000. I picked it up on August 19, 2026, and subsequently embarked on a trip out of town. I returned today and engaged the services of an installer to set up the machine, only to discover that the manual clutch is not working. I am extremely disappointed, to say the least. Does Jumia not have quality control personnel who inspect these products before they are delivered to customers? This is totally unfair. After spending such a substantial amount on the machine, I am now left with a product that is not functional from the very first day of installation. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly and appropriately, either by repairing or replacing the defective machine, as the product was clearly not in proper working condition when delivered.
