The cast aluminium is lightweight yet robust and can be used on the hob or in the oven, with Black Diamond non-stick coating 7x stronger than others. The domed aluminium cast lid is designed to retain moisture during cooking to ensure perfect results. Suitable for oven use up to 220°C, this casserole dish can be used in the fridge, freezer and the dishwasher, although hand wash is recommended.
